We're a UK-based company focused on workplace-ready AI. Our mission is to bring modern language models into day-to-day work while keeping the data boundary firmly on the customer's side.
There's a real gap between the AI tools teams want to use and what their data policies allow. Most off-the-shelf options send content to shared infrastructure owned by somebody else. We build around the opposite assumption: your content stays inside your environment, and the product is shaped around that constraint rather than fighting it.
The team combines experience in machine learning, cloud infrastructure and enterprise software. We work closely with each client to understand how their people actually work — and integrate into that, rather than asking them to change how they work for us.
The aim is straightforward: AI that takes the tedium out of real work, without giving up control of the data that makes the answers useful.

Language models aren't reliable at arithmetic or structured calculation on their own. When a question calls for numbers, the assistant uses a calculator tool that runs the steps properly and returns the result.
That calculator runs inside the same private environment as the model. Code doesn't run on your machine, nothing leaves the environment, and the result stays with you.
Language models sometimes produce confident-sounding answers that are wrong — often called "hallucinations". They generate based on patterns, not a lookup over facts, so they can miss on very specific details or recent events.
Citations help a lot here: when an answer comes with a source, you can click through and verify. For anything consequential, we always recommend checking the source before acting on the answer.
Your data sits inside a private, logically isolated environment that only your company can reach. Traffic is encrypted end-to-end, and access is controlled by strict authentication.
We don't use your data to train models unless you explicitly ask us to. You can delete your data at any time.
By default the assistant operates entirely within your private environment with no outbound internet access. Controlled web search is available as an opt-in when the use case calls for it.
When web search is enabled, queries are routed through a vetted provider and nothing from your private documents is sent out with them. The choice is always yours.
PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, plain text and images. The assistant can extract text, understand the content, and answer questions grounded in it.
For data-heavy files, it can surface patterns and summaries. For images, it can describe what it sees and pull text out of screenshots or scans.
